Recipe : Make a paste of Aachi Fish Fry Masala with water and Lemon Juice. Apply paste on fish pieces. After 2 hours deep fry the pieces in cooking oil. No need to add salt. This Masala also can be used to prepare Yam and Potato fries.

Ingredients: Chilli, Salt, Cumin, Garlic, Ginger, Star Anise, Cloves, Gram Dhal, Pepper, Cinnamon.

Preparation for fish fry – salt, ginger garlic paste, red chilli powder, turmeric, garam masala, coriander powder and lemon juice. Mix all of these together to make a paste. Taste the marinade and adjust salt or spice as needed. Rinse the fish fillets thoroughly.
